Was tempted to give it a four cause the dang thing was so hard to get untangled when I opened it but it really is a nice piece and it really only took me a second. I would just store it hanging because those two chains are clearly fond of each other.Chain length is great and adjustable and lies nicely together. Overall a nice affordable sterling piece.

Really cute necklace! I’m allergic to nickel and didn’t have any reaction to it. It sits well while worn and the heart is hollow so it’s not too heavy or uncomfortable. I love the adjustable length, it’s really easy to slide the ball clasp where you want it so you can even adjust it while you’re wearing it.
