At D-pow, your satisfaction is our priority. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help. For any issues not covered below, please reach out to info@d-pow.com with a detailed explanation and photos.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your items as soon as they arrive to ensure everything is correct. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must remain unused, undamaged, and be returned in their original packaging.
Items Arriving Defective (DOA)
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- All original accessories must be included in the return.
- Missing parts may result in a deduction from your refund.
30-Day Return Eligibility
- If the product functions correctly and is undamaged but you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days for a partial refund, excluding original shipping fees.
- If the product is faulty or damaged, contact our support team at info@d-pow.com — the party responsible will cover return shipping.
After 30 Days
Returns or refunds are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us if you have a special situation.
Issues With Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Items
- We offer full or partial refunds or reshipments based on the issue.
- For damages, visual evidence (photos or videos) is required.
- If your order is lost, we’ll resend it if stock is available or issue a refund.
Returning Defective Products
Always contact us before returning an item to obtain the correct return address and instructions. We are not liable for returns sent without prior communication.
Key Return Guidelines
- Keep all original packaging and shipping documents.
- Once returned, share the tracking number and proof of shipment with our team.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- If the package is visibly damaged, you may refuse to sign for it.
- To avoid high import taxes, we advise against using express couriers.
- Be sure to include a note in the package with your order number, product name/ID, quantity, and a brief issue description.

- Once approved, return the item promptly and send us the tracking info.
- Products must be returned in unused and original condition for inspection.
- For items without free shipping, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued after the return is verified.
